By accessing or using ZainaBot.AI ("the Service"), operated by ZainaBot Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZainaBot Network.

2. Description of Service

ZainaBot.AI is an AI-powered coaching platform that provides access to 68 specialized AI bots designed to assist you across various domains including business strategy, personal development, productivity, marketing, finance, and more. Each bot is tailored with unique expertise and personality to deliver focused coaching conversations.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

ZainaBot.AI offers the following subscription plans:

Lifetime deals (one-time payments) and token top-ups are also available. See our pricing page for details.

• All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

ZainaBot Network owns all rights, title, and interest in the ZainaBot.AI platform, including its design, code, AI bot configurations, branding, and proprietary technology. You retain ownership of the content you create through your chat conversations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to deliver and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZainaBot Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated advice, service interruptions, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
