Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zainabot.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zainabot provides an AI-powered platform featuring 50 specialized AI bots that assist users with career coaching, content creation, business strategy, technical tasks, and other professional services. The Service includes a quiz-based bot matching system, chat interface, and optional integrations with third-party services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Solo Plan ($9/month): Access to 12 quiz-matched AI bots, email support, monthly prompt updates.

Pro Plan ($30/month): Access to all 50 AI bots, priority support, onboarding call, custom knowledge documents, quarterly strategy sessions.

Trial Plans: We may offer free trial periods. Trial terms will be specified at the time of enrollment.

Prices are in USD. AED equivalents are approximate. All subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

5. Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except within 14 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or harass others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts to access the Service (except through our API)

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI bots is provided for informational purposes only. Zainabot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before using it professionally. AI bots do not provide licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial).

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Workspace, social media platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Zainabot. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zainabot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
