Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We offer pro-rated refunds on your most recent billing cycle based on how much of that month's credit you've consumed. The tiers below apply to every paid plan.

"Credit" refers to your monthly token allocation — 100,000 for Solo, 1,000,000 for Pro, 2,000,000 for Pro+. Messages, image generation, and other paid features all count toward credit.

Annual plans

The same four tiers apply to annual subscriptions. The refund is calculated against the effective monthly rate (annual price ÷ 12), not the standalone monthly price.

Example

Solo Annual is $48/year, which is an effective rate of $4/month. If you've used 30% of this month's credit, you qualify for the 50% tier — so the refund for that month is $2, not $2.50 (which would be 50% of the standalone $5/mo price).

Only the months remaining in your annual term at the time of cancellation are eligible for review; earlier months of the term are non-refundable.

Trial cancellations

If you cancel during a free trial (3 days on Solo, 7 days on Pro and Pro+), you are never charged and no refund is needed. Access ends at the trial's expiry date.

How to request a refund

Cancel your subscription from your account settings first, then email support@zainabot.ai from the email on your account. Include the billing month you are requesting a refund for. We review usage against the tiers above and process eligible refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Accounts terminated for Terms-of-Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Token top-ups and add-on purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account.
  • Enterprise and custom-contract plans follow the terms defined in their specific agreement.
